Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Prepare for Baking

Method:
• Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
• Take the frozen cookie dough straight from the freezer (no need to thaw.)
• Place the frozen cookies evenly spaced on the tray.

Tip 1: For perfectly round cookies, bake them inside a cookie ring for a uniform shape.
Tip 2: Alternatively, after baking, use a cookie ring or the rim of a large glass to gently shape the cookies while they’re still warm: move the ring in a small circular motion to neaten the edges.

  1. Preheat the Oven

Temperature:
• 180°C (standard oven)
• 165°C (fan / convection oven)

  1. Bake

Time: 14–16 minutes.
• Bake until the edges are golden and the centers look just set.
• Remember, cookies continue to bake slightly on the tray after you remove them from the oven.

  1. Rest & Cool

• Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for a few minutes before moving them.
• If the cookies are gluten-free, allow them to cool completely on the tray before touching (they’re fragile while warm and will firm up as they cool.)
